- Casting will be announced by July 24th, 2026
- Payment deadlines
- Deposit: July 31st, 2026
- First payment: August 31st, 2026
- Second payment: September 30th, 2026
- Third payment: November 1st, 2026
- Full refunds will be granted for 30 days after the first payment deadline (up until September 30th)
- After that, the responsibility falls on the ticket holder to find a replacement and sell their ticket. The organizing team will provide assistance in finding a replacement to the best of our ability
- Practical details will be released in November 2026
- Character sheets will be released in December 2026
- Players will receive a final send-out 3–4 weeks before the game
Off-Game Schedule
- Players should check in from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday, April 1st
- Workshops begin promptly at 12 p.m.
- Please bring or have eaten lunch in advance
- Workshops will be paused for room check-in and a snack break at 2 p.m.
- Snacks will be provided
- Workshops will resume at 2:30 p.m.
- Off-game dinner will be served from 6:00-7:00 pm, held in tandem with final workshops & info and a last call for calibrations
- If workshops end early, we will hold an additional optional dance practice after dinner
- Game will start with characters arriving at the Duchess’s Debut Ball at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday
- Game will end at 11:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Farewell Ball
- Closing words & announcements will be made, players will be given time to change and de-role, and the afterparty will begin at 11:45 p.m.
- Brunch will be served from 10 until 11 a.m. on Sunday, April 4th
- Players must fully vacate their rooms by 12 p.m. and should depart from the venue shortly after

Thursday (night): The Duchess’s Debut Ball, hosted by the prince and princess — starts at 8:30 pm and ends at 11:30 p.m.
